Wegs Contracting provides property maintenance, repair, and handyman services in the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads area. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and scope agreement between the client and Wegs Contracting.

3. Service Requests

Submitting a work order or quote request through our website or Jobber portal does not guarantee service. All requests are subject to review, scope confirmation, and scheduling availability. We will confirm details before any work begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is determined based on the type of service, materials required, and scope of work. We provide clear pricing before work begins. Payment terms are communicated at the time of service agreement.

5. Scope Limitations

Wegs Contracting does not provide licensed plumbing system work, licensed electrical system work, HVAC services, roofing, second-story gutter work, or second-story exterior work. We reserve the right to decline work outside our scope.

6. Liability

Wegs Contracting will perform all work in a professional and workmanlike manner. Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues outside the agreed scope of work.

7. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
